On-the-Job Training (OJT) is delivered while an individual is performing tasks or processes related to their particular occupation. The employee typically performs tasks that are essential to their job function with the supervision of a manager, coach or mentor. This type of training is typically used to broaden an employee's skill set and to increase productivity. Good day! I am Jonniel F. Arsaga and I am a student of Northern Iloilo State University (NISU) Lemery Campus. I'm currently a fourth year student, studying Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT). As we accomplished our last semester in fourth year we are required to take an On-the-Job Training for us to be prepared in real world after school.
